Just the Facts
The children have really enjoyed Mr Mihailo’s creative ceramics classes. It was a pleasure to see how they took part enthusiastically and with great interest. They made many things throughout the year from Christmas angels & lanterns, Easter eggs, first letter of their name in Cyrillic alphabet and many other things.

Hello from Foundation
The Nursery group continued with the theme ‘our senses’ We made lovely woolly sheep and soft yellow ducks. We learnt a new song ‘Baa Baa Black Sheep’ and had fun using the musical instruments while singing the song. This week F1 group continued with our little frog cycle theme.
In the next few weeks the Nursery children will be doing activities which highlight our ‘senses’. In circle time we introduced our ’feely bag’ which was full of ‘rough’ and ‘smooth’ objects. Later we sorted them into groups. We found this an interesting activity!

Visit to the theatre
The Nursery children enjoyed the story about “Elmer” the colourful elephant. We read these books: “Elmer’s Day”, “Elmer’s Colours”, “ Elmer’s Friends”. We talked about friendship and some children could answer the question “Who is your friend?”
