As part of our Cultural Week leading up to United Nations Day, our Upper Primary students enjoyed a wonderful shared snack, where they had the chance to taste foods from around the world — from a real Italian tiramisu and French cuisine to Lebanese dishes, Russian salads, Serbian ćevapi and burek, and Turkish delights.
We were also delighted to welcome a guest parent, who gave an inspiring lecture on the Italian language and culture. Today, students are off to Viminacium for another cultural experience, and tomorrow we’ll wrap up the week with a school assembly, where children will present their research projects on different countries and cultures. What an amazing week of global learning and celebration!
