To end a great school year that year 2 students had, they performed a musical version of the famous fairy tale Little Red Riding Hood.
The story follows a brave young girl who likes her beautiful red velvet cape. After her mum injures her ankle, she decides to go all by herself into the woods to visit her Grandma. When the Wolf learns that Little Red Riding Hood is on her way to Grandma's, he determines to get there first.
Little Red Riding Hood managed to escape all the Wolf's tricks and make him promise to leave their woods and never return. In our Little Red Riding Hood school play, we had 6 Little Red Riding Hoods, 4 Wolves, 4 Mums, 2 Grandmas. At the same time, the woodland animals were narrators: Big rabbits, Little rabbits, Squirrels, Bears, Owls, Hedgehogs, Deers, Woodpeckers, Fox and other characters like Neighbours, Mrs. Marple, Mrs. Midgley, Customers, Worm, Fairies and Woodcutter enriched the story. All the students were fantastic little actors!
Excellent job, Year 2!
