As winter draws near, Year 1b students have explored how autumn animals prepare for the colder months.
They had a great time reading the charming story Don’t Hog the Hedge, which not only introduces the concept of hibernating animals but also highlights the importance of sharing with others.
To bring the story to life, the children participated in various activities and games encouraging creativity and teamwork. A standout moment was when they acted out the story, taking on the roles of the characters and reenacting their adventures.
It was a fun and interactive way to learn meaningful lessons while enjoying themselves!
