This week, we’ve been erupting with excitement as we’ve been learning about different landforms in our geography lessons. While icebergs, caves, and the Northern Lights have captivated us with their mystery and natural beauty, it’s the fiery charm of volcanoes that has shot to the top of our favorites list.
Watching volcanic eruptions was fascinating, though we must admit, we were also a little scared. Fortunately, we learned that there are no volcanoes in Serbia, so we’re safe!
Still feeling creative, we decided to make our own class volcano. We worked together to build the volcano and create the lava, and we think it turned out wonderfully—have a look for yourself! Not wanting to ruin our masterpiece, our teacher made a smaller version, which we actually made erupt! So, this week, for one geography class, Serbia did have an active volcano!
