Chartwell Upper Primary students embraced the fresh autumn air during a ‘Running for Distance’ PE lesson in Hyde Park.
They learned how to pace themselves, set personal goals, and support one another along the way. Laughter filled the park as students ran, paced themselves, and played — discovering just how fun movement and endurance can be beneath the autumn sky.
For many, it was a chance to challenge their limits and celebrate small victories. From encouraging cheers to shared high-fives, the spirit of teamwork was just as strong as the determination to keep going. The joy of movement, paired with golden leaves and crisp air, made this lesson truly memorable.
