The Meerkat group have been learning about 'The Water Cycle'. We connected a variety of 'hands on learning' along with small discussions about each stage of the Water Cycle and how it helps plants and animals.
Year 2 is currently learning about Air and Space travel in History, so we took the opportunity to take our students to the Aviation Museum.
On Thursday the children went to the Botanical Garden, where they could see both plants that grow in Serbia and plants from different parts of the world, small plants and tall trees, plants that we love to eat and dangerous poisonous plants.
In order to make our garden beautiful and celebrate the 'Earth Day, the Nursery children planted some flowers in the containers with their parents two weeks ago.
In April, as part of the Design and Technology and Art course, students of Year 7, 8 and 9 had an opportunity to see a documentary photography exhibition, promoted by the Cervantes Institute in Belgrade and partly sponsored by the Spanish Embassy in Belgrade.
