This year, for the first time, our year 8 and 9 students participated in the international competition, STEM Olympiad, in categories Math and Popular Science.
With excellent results most of them qualified for the final round of this competition and the best ones won medals.
Year 3B had the opportunity to visit a zoo with water birds, a small water botanical garden, an oasis of pond turtles, an Alaskan hut, a fishing museum, a house on the water, the island of evolution, a corner dedicated to invisible aquatic creatures and a prehistoric fishing village. We also tried our luck in fishing, sailed the 'Little Danube' and much more. What a fun day out!
This week Year 2d has been focusing on what makes a person kind and respectful. The focus has been on looking at the actions of our words.
After a few months of fun, thrilling and at times nerve-wracking matches, we have finally crowned this year’s table tennis king.
Throughout our time spent in the Elephant F1 group there are many opportunities to practice our Social Emotional skills.
