The last week of Term 1 was all about the upcoming holidays.
We started with a film projection – our beautifully decorated little gym has turned into a cinema and, together with other Year 2 classes, we watched Klaus, a heartwarming story about an old toymaker and a young postman who decide to bring the spirit of Christmas to a cold, gloomy town.
In the classroom, we were busy making cards for our parents and friends and writing letters to Santa – hopefully, they will arrive on time! We also coloured some baubles and put them on our big Christmas tree. The holidays are just around the corner – Merry Christmas and Happy New Year everyone!
