Year 4 students were thrilled about their ice skating lessons – it was great fun and a well deserved break from all the hard work.
In Year 4 we are trying to consider any experience as an opportunity to learn something new. Upon our arrival to school, we realized that besides having an extra PE class, we had had a PD lesson as well – on children's own initiative, the more experienced students helped their peers who did not feel very confident on ice to relax and improve their skating skills.
