Excitement prevails in the Science class as Y6 students explore the human body.
Flesh and bone, all the organs, what they do and how they work – this is what they will be learning in detail for weeks to come.
Right now, the task at hand is to assemble the human skeleton. Students are advised to place all of the organs where they belong. Each class has a unique take on the task, of course.
In Y6A the task is taken seriously while being carefully planned and executed. In the end, students are full of confidence that all is in its place.
Through this activity Y6B and Y6C students learned as much about teamwork as they did about the human body, as they delegated roles wisely and were able to finish their task quickly.
