Year 2c have been playing with numbers as we revised what we had learnt last year and started to add fresh knowledge.
This week, we focused on Rounding numbers to the nearest ten. We were lucky enough to use the sunny weather and take our learning outside. In order to understand this concept easier, we drew a number line with numbers from 20 to 30 on the ground. Students stood on a number between the two tens and had to jump to the closer one. We all enjoyed the outdoors and had fun before putting pen to paper in class!
