Preparing for the UN day was an enduring and challenging task. 5A, 5B, and 5D wanted to investigate interesting facts about countries they will visit in the future.
First, we talked about ourselves. We shared where we are from, elements of culture and how we deal with some problems in our country. This year’s theme was “nourishing peace” which aimed to address how food security and peace are intertwined internationally.
Students learn about the food chain and supply work across the globe. We understand that we are all interconnected and interdependent and need to work together in order to help others in need.
