At the beginning of October, Chartwell Upper Primary students visited the Botanical Gardens of Belgrade and not only was the visit educational, but they also had a lot of fun there.
Students got to see a plethora of plants, trees, and fish such as the stunning Japanese koi fish.
They went inside a greenhouse and marveled at its large flora collection and even saw one of the country's oldest trees.
The refreshing venue was well worth the visit, and we are sure our dear students enjoyed their venture into Belgrade's hidden jungle and learnt more than a few facts about the wonders of the plant world.
