In 3F we made gloves! It wasn't a knitting class! It was an English class, and we wanted to make ourselves comfortable with retelling a story.
The five-finger retell strategy is a method that uses a hand to remember and retell the key components of a story. Each finger represents a part of the story: characters, setting, problem, events, and solution. So, let's put the gloves on and start retelling books.
