We all know that kids weren't born with chocolate and pizza cravings.
However, in today's busy world, it’s no wonder so many kids’ diets are built around convenience and takeout food, especially once we factor in our busy schedules. Nevertheless, switching to a healthy diet can have a profound effect on children’s health, helping to stabilize their energy, sharpen their minds, and even out their moods. So throw away those bags of chips and pop in some apples and orange slices!
Thankfully, Chartwell is encouraging all of its students to continue a healhy lifestyle in the classroom daily, all year round! This week, we will have a professional Nutrionist and his medical team, come to Chartwell and educate our students on healthy eating.
