Our lower primary students celebrated World Sleep Day with a cozy and joyful Pyjama Day! Dressed in their favorite pyjamas, they spent the day learning about the importance of a good night’s sleep and how it helps us stay healthy, focused, and happy.
Through engaging discussions and fun activities, students explored healthy sleep habits and why rest is so important for our bodies and minds. The classroom was filled with comfort, smiles, and meaningful conversations, making it a truly special and memorable day for everyone.
