Year 2B students enjoyed an exciting visit to the Museum of Science and Technology, where they explored a range of fascinating objects from the past. The outing was closely linked to their History unit “Old and New Toys,” giving children the opportunity to see real historical toys and compare them with the ones they use today.
As they moved through the exhibits, students discussed how materials, design, and technology have changed over time. Museum staff guided them through collections of old household items, machines, and interactive displays, giving students a hands-on experience that brought classroom learning to life.
The outing was a great success, leaving students inspired and eager to continue exploring history through objects and storytelling.
