Our Year 3 students recently enjoyed a wonderful day at Avala, filled with fresh air, movement, and meaningful learning experiences beyond the classroom.
The day began with a refreshing nature walk, where students explored the beautiful surroundings and connected with nature. This was followed by a variety of exciting sports activities, carefully organised by our PE teachers, encouraging every child to stay active and engaged.
Throughout the trip, students demonstrated excellent teamwork, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude. They supported one another, built new friendships, and strengthened their social and communication skills. Experiences like this help children grow in confidence and independence, while also encouraging resilience.
Most importantly, the trip highlighted the value of active, outdoor learning—creating lasting memories while supporting students’ overall well-being and development.
