Over the last few weeks, we were learning about light, dark and shadows.
Year 2 had a lot of fun visiting and learning about the Ethnographic Museum in Belgrade which is one of the oldest museums in the Balkans. It was established in February of 1901 and recently celebrated its hundredth anniversary. The museum is somewhat of a “guardian” of national culture.
Year 4a students learned through play how to write and follow instructions and measure height and weight.
“The more that you read, the more things you will know…”
We learn our alphabet and the unique sounds that each letter makes. Soon, we can read words and full sentences. And before we know it, the right book can take us on adventures and inspire us to visualize new lands, dimensions, and alternate universes.
Year 3b students are waiting to see which bread will show mold first and how long until that actually happens.
