On one of the last sunny autumn days this year, our KS3 students embarked on a one-day educational field trip to two remarkable natural sites: the Gradac River canyon and Kosmaj mountain.
Our Y7 and Y8 students visited the Gradac River canyon, renowned for its crystal-clear waters and lush surroundings. As the students hiked along the riverbank, they were introduced to the region's exceptional beauty.
At the same time, our Y9 students visited the Kosmaj mountain, a site rich in history and natural beauty. They explored nearby historical monuments and learned about Kosmaj’s historical significance, gaining a deeper connection to both nature and history.
This trip was a perfect blend of exploration and education, leaving students with a newfound appreciation for nature and the world outside the classroom.
By the end of the day, the students returned to Belgrade, tired but enriched by their experiences. This field trip, not only fostered a deeper appreciation for the environment but also provided a memorable hands-on learning experience. We are looking forward to our next adventure!
